the Community
Forum on Climate & Equity for District A
on October 11, 2018, 10 AM to
12 PM,
at the Carrollton Hollygrove Senior Center,
3300 Hamilton Street.
At
this meeting we'll have an honest discussion on how climate change impacts our
daily lives in New Orleans and the city's climate
action plan. The truth is, we're going to have to make a few changes
to ensure the brightest future for our children and grandchildren. It's going
to be up to us to make sure those changes are fair and beneficial to our
neighborhoods.
The forum will also highlight the work of local
groups making great strides to strengthen our neighborhoods and our city.
Leaders working to develop small businesses, create more transportation
options, reduce waste, and balance our energy systems will join us as we
develop our vision for a resilient New Orleans.Questions contact
